OZ Assignments never rejects any service no matter how difficult it is. We have experienced writers from different domains to do quality work, so it doesn’t matter how short the deadline is. In certain circumstances, the Company holds the rights of cancellation the order services. Anyorder can be cancelled or rejected by the Company in case of the following circumstances:

• If the company feels that it cannot deliver your order to the standard due to some constraints. The chance of happening this is negligible.
• The company thinks that according to the difficulty level of your services, it cannot be completed within the deadline desired by the client.
• The order may be cancelled in case of any policy violation from client side.
• We offer unlimited feedback, but if we found that feedback service is misused then the order will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.
• If our proofreading and editing services take to the usage of illegal purpose, then we will cancel that particular order.
• In the partial payment case, if the remaining payment has not been made in the planned timeline and no communication is made, then that order will be cancelled by us.
• In case, if you change your mind and want us to cancel your order before a writer is assigned to your services, you can book other services of the same value, free of cost. In case your proofreading services are assigned to the respective writer, then you will have to continue with the order as the concerned writer should receive compensation for his work.
• If due to any unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel the order after accepting it, then the company will issue a full refund to the client.
• If you need clarification and understanding about our cancellation policy and reason for the cancellation of particular services.
